Booking & Payment Terms

 

Booking & Confirmation
Your booking is binding once confirmed and you have received a booking number. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Please check that the details are correct – any changes must be reported immediately to +46 370336800 or info@hestraviken.se.

Age Requirement
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in from 15:00.
• Check-out by 11:00.
• Your room is reserved until 18:00; late arrivals must be notified in advance.

Cancellation & Rebooking

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• Later cancellations: 85% of the total stay is charged.
• No-shows: 100% of the total stay is charged.
• Rebooking is considered a cancellation followed by a new booking, meaning the cancellation policy applies.

Exceptions:

• Bed & Breakfast: Free cancellation until 18:00 the day before arrival. After that, the first night's stay will be charged.
• Non-refundable bookings: 100% is charged for cancellations, rebookings, or no-shows.

Early Departure
If you leave earlier than planned, the same charge applies as for late cancellations.

Hotel Responsibility
If we cannot provide your booked room, you will receive an equivalent or better room at our hotel or a similar standard hotel at no extra cost.

Additional Information

• No smoking in any rooms; cleaning fees apply for violations.
• Children: Accommodation & breakfast in an extra bed are included unless otherwise stated. Extra beds are not suitable for adults.
• Pets: Allowed only in designated rooms – please contact us in advance.
• Special dietary requests: Inform us when booking.

Payment
Full payment is charged at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, any refundable amount will be processed according to the above terms. All prices include VAT.
